That means when you buy your plan on Nupcii:

• The transaction is encrypted end to end — no one can intercept your information along the way.
• Lemon Squeezy acts as Merchant of Record, meaning it's the legal entity responsible for the transaction, taxes and refunds.
• You receive an automatic receipt in your email as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Step 1 — You choose your plan on Nupcii

From the platform, you select the plan you want to purchase (Celebración, Experiencia VIP or Wedding Planner). Up to this point you're still inside Nupcii — no charge has been processed yet.

Step 2 — You're redirected to Lemon Squeezy's checkout

When you confirm the purchase, Nupcii takes you to Lemon Squeezy's secure checkout. You'll notice the change because the browser address changes and the Lemon Squeezy branding appears alongside Nupcii's.

This is where you enter:

• Your email address
• Your card details (number, expiration date and CVV)
• Your billing address

Step 3 — The transaction is processed with encryption

Lemon Squeezy validates the details with the bank that issued your card. All of that communication travels encrypted with SSL/TLS — it's the same technology used by banks, investment platforms and the most trusted e-commerce services in the world.

At no point does Nupcii see or store your card number. It only receives a confirmation that the payment was successful.

• The plan you purchased
• The date and amount of the transaction
• The payment status (successful or failed)

We have no access to your card number, your CVV or the name on it. That's a deliberate security decision — the fewer systems that handle that information, the safer it is.

It happens, and it's nothing serious. The most common reasons are:

Case 2 — You see two identical charges on the same date
