1. About Nupcii

Nupcii is a digital wedding invitation platform available at nupcii.com. By accessing and using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any of them, we ask that you do not use the service.

2. Use of the service

By using Nupcii, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating your account and events.
• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Not use the service for illegal purposes or in ways that violate third-party rights.
• Not share offensive, discriminatory, or copyright-infringing content.
• Not attempt to access other users' accounts or data.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these conditions.

3. Misuse of the free plan

Nupcii's free plan is designed to allow each couple to create their invitation with basic features. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts to accumulate free events or guests.
• Using third-party accounts (family, friends, or others) to circumvent free plan limits.
• Any other conduct intended to obtain free plan benefits beyond those established.

If we detect this type of behavior, we reserve the right to permanently suspend or delete all accounts linked to the same person, without prior notice and without any right to a refund for associated payments. This measure applies to all involved accounts, not just one of them.

4. Plans and payments

Nupcii offers a free plan and one-time paid plans:

• Free Plan: free access with limited features (1 event, up to 40 guests).
• Celebration Plan: one-time payment that unlocks an additional event with more features.
• Big Day Plan: one-time payment that includes the tools to manage your whole wedding (tables, budget, tasks, timeline, and guest day panel).

Payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy. Prices are displayed in USD and may vary by region. For cases where a refund does or does not apply, see section 5 of these terms.

5. Refund policy

Nupcii plans (Celebration, Big Day, and Wedding Planner) are digital services that activate immediately upon payment. For this reason, our refund policy is as follows:

When a refund applies:

• Duplicate charge due to a technical error.
• Payment processed correctly but the plan never activated, and the Nupcii team was unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.

When a refund does not apply:

• The user has already activated the plan and used premium features (templates, WhatsApp sharing, gallery, music, etc.).
• More than 24 hours have passed since payment.
• The user purchased the plan by mistake but already has active access to the premium event.
• Failed charges prior to a successful payment — failed attempts do not generate an actual charge and are therefore not refundable.
• Dissatisfaction with the product after having used it.

Wedding Planner plan:

As a monthly subscription, no partial refunds are issued for unused days within the current billing period. Users may cancel at any time and the plan will remain active until the end of the already-paid period.

How to request a refund:

The user must email [email protected] with the subject "Refund request", including the email address of their account and the reason for the request. The team will evaluate the case and respond within a maximum of 3 business days.

Once a refund is approved, Nupcii processes it through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as Merchant of Record for all transactions. The time for the funds to appear in the user's account depends exclusively on Lemon Squeezy and the user's bank or payment method, and may take an additional 5 to 10 business days. Nupcii has no control over these timelines once the process has been initiated.

Nupcii reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests that do not meet the conditions established in this policy.

6. User content

You are solely responsible for the content you upload to Nupcii (photos, text, guest information). By uploading content, you declare that:

• You own the rights to the content or have authorization to use it.
• The content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties.
• The content does not contain illegal, offensive, or misleading material.

Nupcii does not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to store and display it within the platform solely for the purpose of providing the service.

7. Intellectual property

All elements of Nupcii — design, code, templates, brand, and logo — are the exclusive property of Nupcii or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or use outside the platform without express written authorization is prohibited.

8. Service availability

We strive to keep Nupcii available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may perform maintenance, updates, or temporary outages without prior notice. We are not responsible for damages resulting from temporary unavailability of the service.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nupcii shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you have paid for the service in the last 12 months.

10. Account cancellation

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon cancellation, your content will be deleted from our systems within a reasonable time. One-time payments already made are not refundable upon account cancellation.

11. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the service following the publication of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
